I am so happy that you’re here. Thank you for taking time to visit. I am so grateful.
I became an entrepreneur because I believe that entrepreneurship is the path to freedom and the best personal development tool on the planet.
Through my work I have been able to take businesses from 7 to multi-seven figures in revenue, help individuals and companies create plans brands that felt completely aligned and brought them their ideal customers and devised a strategy for clients to secure the legal foundation of their business and protect the assets of their business like their intellectual property.
I was given the divine blessing of knowing how to look at a business or an individual’s goals and visions for their business and give them ideas, tools, strategies and craft a plan for their next level of growth.
However, to do this requires a solid foundation in all areas, your vision, business, legal & tax, branding, marketing and personally. Through the guidance I have given my clients and my own story (that includes lots of wins and a ton of mistakes) I’ve been able to infuse all of this in a philosophy and way of guidance that’s more holistic.
After having so much success working with amazing entrepreneurs and business owners around the world, having travelled the country speaking, being interviewed and able to lend my gifts as a lawyer and business strategist to make my clients millions of dollars (which I am so grateful to have the opportunity to do) I started to hate my law firm. I love helping my clients, and I love the law, but the freedom that most entrepreneurs said they had, I didn’t feel.
While I’d made good money, I still felt like I was not in control of my life and had more pressure than ever to produce more, be more, do more, give more and I was exhausted. As a black woman I felt that it was my responsibility to never show vulnerability or mistakes as that meant I would not be able to ever receive opportunities again.
This culminated in a reinvention. I realized that in order to live a vibrant and full life I had to create the foundation that incorporated and cared for all aspects of my life (my connection to myself, my spiritual wellness, my relationships, my passion, my pleasure, my financial health, my physical health, my calling and my business) in a way that continued to allow innovation, creativity, purpose and revenue. I had been teaching this to my clients for years and had incorporated it but didn’t adjust these practices and the need for them as my business grew.
So I restructured my life in a whole new way. I created the foundation for my own definition of success and that of my company. I let go of the sense of security I thought I needed and the expectations I’d built up around myself and that of my clients, entrepreneur friends and my supporters and I can now say I am living my dream and doing so on my terms through doing legal work, teaching, coaching and speaking while being truly myself and sharing the importance of taking care of yourself and allowing your work to be a reflection of that care.
The basis of my strategy work is to create or expand businesses by setting them up on the foundation to thrive on all levels including revenue. This includes, business foundation assessments, brand creation, sales and marketing strategy, legal auditing and a customized business growth strategy.
My legal work is focused on helping you create a legal foundation that will protect your business, your intellectual property, and your brand as you continue to grow your exposure and revenue.
Specifically, my business coaching is centered on teaching the kind of entrepreneurship that will not only help you create a thriving, sustainable business but also how to expand and grow your business while still staying committed to your personal development and growth. It's the secret sauce for many successful business owners too. It’s my honor and passion to do this work.
I hope that you find something here for you. Whether it’s simply identifying with my story or perhaps you need help or simply want me to come and share my knowledge at your next event, please know that whatever it is, I can’t thank you enough for being here and sharing this journey with me. It’s an honor and a pleasure to serve you in this way.
With Gratitude,
Jo-Ná
